Can all of my IT problems be fixed remotely?
The majority of your computer related issues can be fixed remotely. However, there are times where a physical presence will be needed. In that instance, we will deploy one of our On-Site Resolution Specialists to quickly resolve your issues, minimizing downtime.
I only need back-up support, can I just purchase that?
Yes. As a one-stop-shop solution, our à la carte services let you mix and match to create a customized solution fit for you. That means that you will only pay for what you need and you can add additional services at any time.
How will I know that you guys are actually doing the work you say you do?
You will be given a report of activities done to keep your system running smoothly. We also provide backup, system monitoring and proactive maintenance reports. This will give you an understanding of what we do behind the scenes to ensure that your network running efficiently and secure.
I like my IT guy, but he/she is overwhelmed with all the work that we need done, can I use you without having to fire him/her?
We can augment your IT department with a fully functional Helpdesk, Desktop Services, Server and Networking Support. Our system is flexible, so we can assist your existing IT staff.
I only have 5 computers in my office, why do I need your services?
Even if you only have a few computers, we can make sure that you start off right and we will grow with you. We will make sure your data is protected, you are up-to-date with technology and you always have a helping hand through our Help-desk.
